Consultation and Assessment

Our mental health professionals provide free consultation and assessment for families and their children for the services needed. We provide consultation to determine eligibility and lay out the road map on how we provided services to our clients. Our focus is family first always!

Individual treatment planning

Our services are tailored to each individual specifically as our approach is not one size fits all. Our MHP’s focus on tailoring specific ITP’s to help clients overcome and alleviate emotional disturbance. We ensure individual plans are assessed accordingly if minimal progress is notice or realized. 

Tailored Home/School Program

Our programs are very flexible and can provide services in various settings such as in home, school and community services. We work with parents to ensure their children receive services in different settings to ensure they develop learning skills as well as social skills.

Diagnostic Assessment

Our mental health professionals will provide a Diagnostic Assessment which is an initial meeting to discuss social concerns and life experiences in order to determine diagnosable mental health issue and collaborate with clients to figure out the next best steps to take.

Individual skills Session

We focus on helping parents and their children learn specific skills to alleviate or minimize the sypmtoms of their mental health diagnosis. Skills include; social skills, anger management skills, cooperation, compliance, active listening, anxiety, agression and many more skills. 

Training sessions for parents

We engage parents to ensure they understand and know progress status of their children ITP. We Provide training to parents in order to help and understand their children and be able to engage and work on developing social skills outside of therapy sessions.

CTSS is a flexible package of mental health services for children who require varying therapeutic and
rehabilitative levels of care. This program addresses the conditions of emotional disturbance that impair an individual’s ability to function

▸Children under age 18 diagnosed with an Emotional Disturbance (ED) Disorder or that meet Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria
▸ Young adults ages 18 through 21 diagnosed with Mental Illness (MI) or meet Serious or Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) criteria
▸ Most health insurance plans, including Medical Assistance and pre-paid Medical Assistance plans cover CTSS services

Skills training – individual, family, or group
• Focuses on helping the client learn specific skills to alleviate or minimize the symptoms of their mental health diagnosis
• Skills include: social skills, alleviating symptoms associated with depression or anxiety, anger management skills,
cooperation, compliance, and skills to assist with symptoms of ADHD

▸We have a team of providers that will work with your family while receiving services from us
▸ Our team will meet with your child and family 2-5 hours per week in your home, child’s school, or other community settings

Psychotherapy – individual, family, or group
• A planned, structured, face-to-face treatment of a recipient’s mental illness
• Directed to accomplish measurable goals and objectives specified in the recipient’s ITP
